The Magic booking system will allow you to set up automatic payments and instalment plans that work for you. Fees are payable for booked hours and are not refundable if your child is off due to sickness or holidays. Reductions are available for siblings cared for together.
We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, childcare vouchers and card payments.
From the term, after their third birthday, your child can receive up to 15 hours free per week in term time. Some children will also be able to claim a further 15 hours funding, Making the total 30 term-time hours. This can be taken flexibly across 3 to 5 days and can be shared with another setting.
In some cases, funding is available for 2-year-olds. Please speak to Amy, Lucy or the Children’s Centre to find out about eligibility for this funding.
We accept vouchers from all major child care voucher schemes and are happy to set up an account with any scheme if we do not already have one with them.
Interest is charged on late fees. If you are having difficulty paying your fees please speak to Chris who will be able to arrange a payment plan with you.
